Preprocessor example issues

Hello

I am new to Snort and was going through the snort preprocessor stuff. I
installed the DPX kit and followed all the steps as mentioned.

I then tried to load the dynamic_example preprocessor by modifying the
spp_example file.c to include a test print statement and then including
                        preprocessor dynamic_example: port 61324
in /etc/snort/snort.conf under Step 5 (following the
guide developing-snort-dynamic-preprocessor-32874)
followed by successfully running make and sudo make install

However, the print statement is not getting executed. I am attaching the
spp_example.c file as well as output of snort log. Please let me know where
i went wrong.
