Static linking for Dynamic Preprocessors

I am trying to make all statically linked snort, but how can I put the
dynamic preprocessors into snort? My build (--enable-so-with-static-lib)
prints error message with unknown preprocessor: "ftp_telnet" because I did
not put the dynamicpreprocessor files into folder due to environmental
problem. Can anyone tell me how to statically link all
dynamicpreprocessors? thanks,
