Recently upgraded to Snort 2.9.7.5 and PulledPork 0.7.2. Started paying more attention to the messages and I'm seeing
this:
Use of uninitialized value $bin in -f at /usr/local/bin/pulledpork.pl line 1039.

Seems I was getting this previously, as well. This is the command I'm running:
    sudo ./pulledpork.pl -T -c /etc/pulledpork/pulledpork.blacklist.conf

More complete output:
    Reading IP List...
    Writing Blacklist File /etc/pulledpork/rules/blacklist.addresses....
Writing Blacklist Version 876164403 to /etc/pulledpork/rules/IPRVersion.dat....
Use of uninitialized value $bin in -f at /usr/local/bin/pulledpork.pl line 1039.
    Writing /etc/pulledpork/sid_changes.log....
                Done
    No Rule Changes
    IP Blacklist Stats...
                Total IPs:-----12220
    Done
Please review /etc/pulledpork/sid_changes.log for additional details
