dpx.c:260:27: no member named 'getRuntimePolicy'

LS,

today I installed snort 2.9.7.0 on new hardware, using SuSE 
Snort is running OK. 

Then I tried to add dpx-1.6. using the information at https://www.snort.org/community
I got stuck at this error message after I started ./build.sh

 
dpx.c: In function 'DPX_Process':
dpx.c:260:27: error: 'DynamicPreprocessorData' has no member named 'getRuntimePolicy'
     tSfPolicyId pid = _dpd.getRuntimePolicy();
                           ^
make[3]: *** [dpx.lo] Error 1

etc. Not able to run dpx. No dpx pp compiled.

On a other machine I used dpx and snort 2.9.6.1.0 and al is running fine. But I am not able to run dpx on this new 
machine...

Any help is appreciated.
