Hi All, I again found the same issue and observed the same stack trace as shared in earlier serial console output. Just to check if issue is due to acpi module, from BIOS turned off acpi setting. After that issue is not observed. Please find attached latest serial console logs. Kindly provide your views or suggestions on it. Thanks, Hitesh On Wed, Oct 29, 2014 at 11:35 AM, hitesh menghani <menghanihitesh () gmail com> wrote:
Hi, Problem- Linux system become inaccessible after sometime(2-3 hrs) and has to be restarted back, when traffic is passed through it. Below are my linux system details: 1. Kernel version: 2.6.33.3-85 1. Installed snort(2.9.7.0 rc + openaappid version 220) for application detection. 2. Queuing traffic to both snort through iptables. Kernel logs obtained on console confirms that issue is with snort-2.9.7.0-rc, by using pid shown. Please find serial console output and remote console output in attachment. Waiting for your reply. Thanks, Hitesh
