missing frames

Hello

I was wondering if you could assist me with my work, i set up a
fragmentation attack on snort and captured the traffic using tcpdump,
attack it was done i opened the tcpdump in wireshark and while analysing
it, i found that some frames were missing but i don't seem to know why and
i need to be able explain it in my report. Please do assist me.
