help with bad traffic rule

how can i disable rule bad-traffic ?

i comment with #

# include /usr/local/snort/so_rules/bad-traffic.rules

#include /usr/local/snort/rules/bad-traffic.rules

but still getting alerts from bad-traffic.rules

can someone help me?
