Snort 2.8.6,1 installer for windows

Greetings,

I was wondering if anyone had the installer for snort 2.8.6.1 for windows?

I need it to follow a CompTIA Security+ lab.

In addition, are there any other files (Rules?) I would need (other than WinPcap).
