Thanks Joel .. correct, is my situation. On the other I use so_rules
too, and there is some strange issues:

DynamicPlugin: Rule [3:24940] not enabled in configuration, rule will
not be used.
DynamicPlugin: Rule [3:24941] not enabled in configuration, rule will
not be used.

Is this normal??
