Sourcefire VRT Certified Snort Rules Update

Synopsis:
This release adds and modifies rules in several categories.

Details:
The Sourcefire VRT has added and modified multiple rules in the
blacklist, browser-ie, browser-plugins, file-flash, file-identify,
file-java, file-office, file-other, indicator-obfuscation, malware-cnc,
netbios, os-windows, protocol-rpc, protocol-scada, pua-toolbars and
server-webapp rule sets to provide coverage for emerging threats from
these technologies.
