Duplicate rules & rule parser

Hi,



Since last week I am observing that I have duplicate copies of many rules in my rule file. I am using pulledpork 
version 0.70 and hence all the rules are merged into a single file. How do we remove all the duplicate rules? Any rule 
parser that can be used or anybody having a script for that?
