Pulledpork duplicate rules

Hi all,

 I am using pulledpork v0.7.0 in a FreeBSD host. When I try to
download rules from emergingthreats site, and if these rules exists in
my hosts, pulledpork duplicate all these rules instead of remove the
old ones.

 Is it a bug?? Maybe this:
