Sourcefire VRT Certified Snort Rules Update

Synopsis:
This release includes an updated detection engine that supersedes the
detection engine released in SEU 913 and Rule Update 2013-06-25-002. 
It also adds and modifies rules in several categories.

Details:
The Sourcefire VRT has added and modified multiple rules in the
blacklist, browser-ie, browser-other, browser-plugins, deleted,
exploit-kit, file-other, malware-cnc, malware-other, os-mobile,
os-windows, policy-other, protocol-dns, protocol-ftp, protocol-imap,
protocol-tftp, protocol-voip and server-webapp rule sets to provide
coverage for emerging threats from these technologies.
