compiling snort to support all the capabilities

hi.how can i compile snort-2.9.3.1 to support all the capabilities?
when i do that how can i know that snort work well and support all the features?
when i run snort -V can i see all the features?(like this  version 2.9.3.1 IPv6 GRE active-response , ...)
