Re: snortsam patch for snort-2.9.3.1

I'd like to second the move to barnyard2 from the old snortsam patching
method, after patching for years.  We're now doing 2.9.3.1 + barnyard2.

You'll have to build barnyard2 from github, move any "fwsam:" directives
in your rules over to sid-block.map, and you're good to go again.
