Oinkcode windows

Hello,
i m trying to get Oinkcode going on windows 7 but cannot, i ve only found this tutorialInstalling Snort 2.8.6.1 on 
Windows 7 which is old enough and the Ty packages it is referring arent there on the link.Can i do this with 
pulledpork? on windows ?
