GeoIP patch

Hi all,

We are proud to announce the availability of GeoIP protection patch for
Snort

This patch enhances Reputation Preprocessor to add filtering capabilities
based on Maxmind GeoIP libraries

We have done some other minor enhancements to the preprocessor

The patch is for Snort 2.9.4 but could work in prior versions and is
available under GPL license
