Yes, I set the snaplen in snort.conf to 65535 and the MTU of interface also enlarge to 65535.

Without snort inline, everything looks fine with jumbo frames.
But when I queue the packerts into nfqueue for snort inline, I get the poor throughput.

  But it doesn't work.
