Dynamic Preprocessor example does not make alert why?

Hi all,

I installed dynamic preprocessor example in Snort 2.9.2.
I read following pdf instruction. I know it is about a little bit old
version Snort.

I tested the plugin, but it does not make alert.
I confirmed the plugin was called.

I would like to know why.
