Portscan traffic don't appear on BASE - snort 2.9.2.2

Dear Joel, Michael and snort-users  

Thanks for your support about “log portscan”  on my snort.conf. I modified it and success  until now. But on my Base 
1.4.5 still don’t appear  portscan traffic. Please give me a solution to solve it. 

 

 

 

P/S: 

Snort: I use snort 2.9.2.2 and snortrules-snapshot-2923 

And  use advanced scan port on Win Client and nmap to detect my rules which default “scan.rules “

My Command using run snort : 

snort -vde -c /etc/snort/snort.conf  -l /etc/snort/snort.conf -K asciii

 

 

n  Please give a your rule  to detect “scan port” on snort. Thanks for share
