honeypots roaming

Hi all
i request to all that can any one tell me the procedure that how can i roam my honeypots according to snort alert,ie 
any machine if probed or being compromised so it becomes 
a honeypot.
or how can i access snort-mysql database as it is form not from any gui  becuse i want to take action according to that 
data
