I agree Jason.  Since we moved Snort.org to AWS, it's just one of those
realities we may have to deal with as a community.

I can't see how that could ever be a sustainable solution. You will be
chasing changes in subnets forever. What we do is use (drum roll) proxy
servers! They have open Internet access - but log every transaction and
can block based on DNS names (which firewalls cannot).
