opensource.gz is missing from the rule downloads

Am I missing something as it appears the opensource.gz file is missing from
the rules download?

Is it incorporated into something else, or been removed for a reason. Maybe
I missed a notice?

I'm just wondering because I'm setting up Pulled Pork and the option is
there. Also BASE uses the signatures?
