Sourcefire VRT Certified Snort Rules Update

Synopsis:
This release adds and modifies rules in several categories. The release
also contains shared object rule support for Snort 2.9.1.1.

Details:
The Sourcefire VRT has added and modified multiple rules in the p2p
rule set to provide coverage for emerging threats from these
technologies.
