Hey all! So topic says it....as I'm looking at my Snorby (have BASE running in tandum..must admit BASE gives me much more info), how does Snorby classify alerts? I see my high/medium/low happiness, but eh...I really don't see how the Ask Toolbar is classified as HIGH. If anyone knows, thanks...otherwise, pretend this never happened ;) James
