Pkts_filtered_udp

Hi,

In our stats file we hav a line that reads Pkts_filtered_udp right under Pkts_filtered_tcp.
Why in one system the Pkts_filtered_udp is always some high number and the other system always 0?

Port scan processor is off  and we are not ignoring any ports.

What is this Pkts_filtered_udp?
