[PATCH 3/5]: byte_jump: Add bitmasking support for calculated bytes

This patch is similar to my patch to byte_extract, except this affects
byte_jump.  I don't know of a good testcase for byte_jump, but I'm
certain someone will find one.  byte_test does not need this because it
already has the '&' operator available to it.  The syntax is the same,
"mask <value>".

The DCE version of byte_jump is in a follow-on patch.
