Pulledpork behind Proxy

Hi,

not a question but something it fought with this morning (it's to hot
here and I had to little coffee).

To use pullepork behind a proxy you have to use the http_proxy
environment variable. With last weeks change the http request redirect
to https. Remember to set https_proxy as well.

JJ: It would be great if you can document this.
