Unified2 logs empty when using Snort-2.8.6

Hi ppl,

I have recently upgraded to snort-2.8.6 and it's running. However when I
checked the size of the unified2 log it is always 0.
I ran nexus on the network and on the PC itself but the unified2 log is
still 0.

Any reasons why?

This is my unified2 output statement:
output unified2: filename snort.unified2, limit 128
