Relevent to linux users.

I removed the reference to cpufeature.h a few years ago which provided
an assembler macro called "mb()", but kept the assember code  in a local
include file just in case.  Well that case never came along.  The
reference to mb in pcap-rinc.c is commented out.

The long and now the short is you can comment that reference out in the
code, or better yet pull this tarball down.
