Problems getting rules using wget....

Hi Folk

Since the web site revamp I have been having problems getting rule  
tarballs using wget.  Same urls plugged into a brower seem to work  
fine????

I did get this to work by hand once, a day or so back, but when run  
from a script it failed again as it did this morning when I tried just  
using wget on the command line.

There was also someone asking about just this error a day or so back  
on the oinkmaster mailling list.  Could get file from a browser but  
getting it via oinkmaster failed.
