./configure --enable-flexresp2
--with-mysql-includes=/usr/local/mysql/include/mysql
--with-mysql-libraries=/usr/local/mysql/lib/mysql

I hit:

But I didn¹t even see flexresp2 as an option.  Is it no longer in use?
