Hi Everyone,

The recent performance and user registration issues have been resolved.  
Thank you to everyone who reported the issues.   We've responded to 
everyone who submitted an online trouble ticket regarding a failed 
registration.  If you experienced problems registering an account or 
resetting your password, you should now be able to complete your
