Squert-0.4.0 Has been released.

Version 0.3.0 -> 0.4.0
================
- Precision time queries are now possible.
- Object links have been added to help facilitate secondary queries.
- Top Ten graphs are now available and controlled (where applicable)
by the query controls.

The graphing features are still limited (and maybe a little buggy) but
still worth inclusion for now.
