Sorry, no such sid-gen

I've noticed that in the Snort Signature database quite a few signatures
contain the text " Sorry, no such sid-gen" where they used to contain
proper information.

1:2657 is one of these. It used to display: WEB-MISC SSLv2 Client_Hello
with pad Challenge Length overflow attempt but now displays:  Sorry, no
such sid-gen (1:2657)

Why is that?
