Dual port nic that will bridge if cpu is halted or shutdown

Had a few people ask me about these so here is the information for anyone that was curious.

Adlinktech has the nic. It is a model PCI-8214, also comes in a 4 port (PCI-8213). Here is a link to the site as well and a quote from the pdf manual.

software is down when WDT function is active."
