trouble with pmgraph

Hello all,
I am running Snort 2.3.3 on Fedora Core 3. I am trying to getr /pmgraph.pl working and I am having a bit of trouble. 
When I try to run the script, I get the following error:
Can't locate RRDs.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.5/i386-linux-thread-multi
I do have RRDtool installed and RRDs.pm is located here: 
/lib/perl/5.8.5/i386-linux-thread-multi/RRDs.pm
I am not sure how to get @INC to look in /lib and not /usr/lib
Does anyone know how I can change this?
