Constructing passive network tap

Hi!

I'd like to construct a passive tap as described in 
http://www.snort.org/docs/tap/. But the Allen Tel products do not seem to be 
available in Europe.

Does anybody know of similar products that can be bought in Germany or 
elsewhere in Europe?
