Hi,

in the HTML code of your 'blank' page, you have a <img ...> probably
pointing to 'base_graph_display.php?...'
Open a new browser windows and copy-paste the
'base_graph_display.php?...' in there (paste everything which is in the
src). Then add at the beginning the server name and base path ... this
will open an URL similar to
http://localhost/base-1.1.2/base_graph_display?width=...........
Normally, you should then see on the screen an error message helping you
to identify the problem. If the error message is not shown on the
screen, have a look at your httpd error log.
