Officially, bug reports can be submitted to bugs () snort org.

The Snort Team only supports STABLE (2.3.x now) and development
versions (CURRENT and 2.4.x). If issues that exist in 2.2 also exist
in 2.3, they will be addressed in 2.3+ branches.
