Are you monitoring the right interfaces? Does your snort/log directory show any alerts? Whatever network that those sensors are monitoring, try sending some traffic to it, just to see if an alert is created. I donot know where the problem is. While starting snort on the server as well as the sensor I use the following command without any error:- snort -dev -c snort.conf Please help me out.
