Hi,

There are no errors in logs and image is not generated. Status has shown
alert generated in 2.43 seconds.

Are there errors in your logs?  This type of error is usually seen
because the jpgraph library is not able to generate the image.  This can
be caused by the build of PHP or errors in the page.
