Attention: Major Update to the Win-IDS Install Guides for Windows

To all Windows users of Snort:

This is to inform the Windows Snort community that there has finally been a
major re-write of the Win-IDS Snort install guides. We have removed the ACID
console and replaced it with the BASE console, and have included all the
latest support files.

These guides include using IIS, Apache, MSSQL, and MySQL in variety of
Master or Slave configurations on a Windows NT, 2000, XP, or 2003 box.
