ssl proxy doco for nids/nips (quick howto)

Hey there,

thought you might like to note this quick doco on setting up a 
ssl proxy / ssl accelerator to protect web servers, also allowing 
nips/nids 
to sniff http streams to 'https' servers, among many other benefits

there wasn't much doco online so i thought i'd write something
