Might help if you let us know what your trying to do.

What prerequisites for ACID/BASE don't you want to install??

The reason they are called prerequisites is that you need them first.

In short, you will have to have one of the supported databases setup, and
you will have to have a web server with PHP properly configured. 

There are a number of guides on snort.org that explain how to set them up.
