Compile and install, your distro may already have it on board. A few
months ago I posted an config line for mailing priority 1 alerts. You
can adopt it to your purposes. Consider running it as non-root user who
has the permission to read the alert logfiles. I may possibly send you
an appropriate start script tomorrow. But it is quite simple.
