PCRE Editors/Debuggers [Slightly OT]

Slightly OT, but in addition to regex-coach [1], mentioned in [0], someone 
just told me about Visual REGEXP [2], which is similar and kind of neat.  
And it may have been mentioned before, but MRE2 [3] is awesome.

Anyone have any other favorites?

You used to have to reboot the Windows 9.x series every couple of days
because it would crash.  Now you have to reboot Windows 200x or XP 
every month on 'Patch Tuesday.'  How is that better or more stable?
