First time help

I have recently installed snort 2.2.0RC1 with winpcap 3.1 beta 3 on an XP OS

I get this error.  
The procedure entry point PacketGetNetInfo could not be 
located in the dynamic link library packet.dll

I am really new to this and would appreciate it if anybody could help.
