sigs with asn1 fails

The asn1 keyword was in exploit.rules and netbios.rules in
/snortrules-snapshot-2_1.tar.gz (that's the only set I use) last Thursday
the 22nd but shortly after disappeared.

It ain't in there now either (as of the last update of netbios.rules on
around the 27th)
