windows 2000 snort and promiscuous mode interfaces

All I am using snort on a windows 2000 box and I want to put my interfaces
in promiscuous mode so that they can sniff and not grab an IP address from
DHCP.  Anyone know how to perform this??  There is not alot of info on doing
this on the net.  Thx.
